I do that at work - 31 systems licensed for Vista, all of them running XP. Of course, I have Vista and XP both on both of my home systems. Doing fine with Vista, except for a lack of support from Novell (can't connect Vista to the Netware network.) A minor oversight, I'm sure, since MS doesn't own Novell ... yet.
